Chef Andrew is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone, and has since honed his cooking repertoire at restaurants and country clubs in the Reno-Tahoe region for 15 years.

Charged with leading the culinary team for FIFTY44 Restaurant & Bar and Middle Fork Bistro + Bar, Chef Andrew is bringing his expertise home, crafting elevated-yet-approachable dishes inspired by the Sierra Nevada’s seasonal bounty. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients and bold flavors, Chef Andrew strives to blend rustic mountain elegance with refined technique — proving that great food is rooted in passion.
