One of the great beauties of working here is the spectacular environment.

Work well, balanced.

Nakoma Resort is a rapidly growing oasis of beauty and tranquility in the heart of the Lost Sierra. We work hard and then we play hard in this incredible outdoor recreationist’s paradise where mountain biking, hiking, swimming in alpine lakes or fishing in the endless rivers and streams is on each day’s after-work playlist. Winter time is equally magical with endless x-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the surrounding backcountry.
