Spa Service policies

Non-staying guests can use the Recreational Center with a Spa appointment on the day of treatment during the week Monday thru Thursday only. All non-staying guest must have credit card number on file to book appointment.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full. Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of all reserved treatments. CANCELATION MUST BE CONFIRMED BY SPA STAFF. MESSAGES LEFT AT INN AT NAKOMA FRONT DESK DO NOT QUALIFY AS CANCELATION NOTICE. PLEASE EMAIL SPA@NAKOMARESORT.COM.
