In a culinary career that’s taken her to Alaska, Seattle and Sonoma County, Chef Brooke interprets classic dishes with the distinct styles and flavors she discovered in each locale. Prior to returning to her Lost Sierra roots and Nakoma in 2017, Chef Brooke operated a gluten-free bakery in the Pacific Northwest. She is dedicated to creating delicious allergen-free foods by sourcing only the best regional produce and products whenever possible.
