Gentle Yoga at Altitude

Let the rejuvenative effects of gentle yoga bring a sense of well-being to your body, mind and spirit. In this class, postures are practiced at a slower pace with a focus on stretching, relaxation and breath. Feel your body unwind and be restored as you gain strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.
Appropriate for all levels; beginners and those recovering from injury welcome.
1-hour group classes:
Sundays at 9:30am – $5 members or $15 for Lodge Guests.
